Your Role and Responsibilities
- Deliver AI agents and automated solutions to remove repetitive work performed by the tribe supporting the Corporate Mobile Service Plan ('CMSP').
- Partner with CMSP team members across countries to discover and prioritize CMSP processes and procedures for automation, leveraging vast amounts of data and delivering on Watsonx.
- Build the required data models and leverage Watson Orchestrate and Watson Assistant to simplify processes and eliminate tedious tasks.
- Use both readily available data (e.g., CMSP dashboard, eAMT, Mobile@IBM, IBM Publisher) and other sources to drive faster decision-making and increased end-user self-service.
- Innovate, simplify, and automate processes to improve the CMSP user experience.
