Department Description:
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Compute delivers secure, high-performance Virtual Machines for customers worldwide. The Virtual Machine Dataplane team builds and operates the core virtualization and host-side systems that power OCI VMs at scale. We work deeply in Oracle Linux and the virtualization stack (QEMU/KVM), focusing on performance, reliability, security isolation, and operational excellence in a multi-tenant cloud.
Position Overview:
We’re looking for hands-on engineers with deep systems expertise and a passion for building reliable virtualization platforms. As an ideal candidate, you will have designed and implemented large-scale services and/or low-level systems in a distributed cloud environment.
