We build and maintain automated systems that transform internal data sources into published AWS documentation, eliminating manual bottlenecks while maintaining the highest quality standards.
What You'll Do:
- Design and develop scalable content automation pipelines that extract data from upstream sources (APIs, S3 buckets, Git repos, service specifications) and publish to docs.aws.amazon.com
- Build and maintain critical automations including CloudFormation resource references, IAM policies, service quotas, regions/endpoints, AWS Config rules, localization infrastructure, etc.
- Create reusable platform components that make each new automation easier to deliver and support
- Collaborate with writers, service teams, product management, and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and ensure data quality
