Our client, a major financial institution, is seeking a Software Designer and Tech Lead to support the delivery of strategic solutions within its corporate sector. This group supports systems and initiatives in areas such as finance, legal, human resources, as well as risk and compliance.
You will thrive in a dynamic environment with several active large-scale projects. Primarily focused on technical skills, this role is tailored for a senior developer looking to act as a designer and team lead. You will play a key role in designing robust and sustainable IT solutions while guiding the development squad through delivery activities, including hands-on programming during sprints.
This is a long-term contract ending on March 31, 2027. The position is remote, with the requirement to commute to the Quebec City or Montreal office for team meetings one to two times a month.
