Software Architect/Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Guidance:

• Provide direction, guidance, and support to team members to help achieve individual and team goals.
• Mentor, coach, and provide feedback to support skill development.

Project & Task Management:

• Manage team schedules and delegate tasks effectively.
• Ensure deadlines are met and project objectives are achieved.

Conflict Resolution & Support:

• Identify and resolve conflicts or obstacles that may impact team performance.
• Ensure team members have necessary resources and support to perform their jobs effectively.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Foster strong communication and interpersonal relationships within the team.
• Serve as a bridge between team members and management for technical and operational alignment.
