Job Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of software system architecture for related products, formulate technical solutions, and continuously optimize system performance while resolving complex technical challenges.
- Take ownership of major technical problem-solving initiatives, improve system performance and processing efficiency, and ensure platform security, stability, and high availability.
- Establish technical standards and development guidelines; participate in architecture reviews and code reviews; mentor and guide development teams to improve overall code quality.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies, conduct research on cutting-edge solutions, and share knowledge within the team to drive continuous improvement.
