Hybrid / Onsite – Islamabad | Senior (10+ yrs)
We're looking for a senior technical leader who owns systems end-to-end, not just features.
You'll lead architecture, engineering teams, and delivery for enterprise-grade platforms — combining hands-on Python expertise, modern frontend architecture, and AI-ready system design. This is a client-facing role where you'll shape solutions, guide teams, and drive projects from concept to production.
Must-haves:
10+ years in software development
3–4+ years in architecture, leadership & project ownership
Python (Django, FastAPI) & React
Strong system design, scalability & security mindset
Experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams
Exposure to AI / ML / Agentic AI is a strong plus
You'll work on complex, real-world systems in regulated and enterprise environments — with real ownership, real impact, and real responsibility.
