Location: Hybrid (Bremen base – approx. 4 days/month on-site)

The Opportunity I am partnering with a leading German HealthTech group dedicated to bringing Transparency to Healthcare. With a team of around 100 specialists, they develop critical analysis tools and semantic software that make the statutory health system more efficient.

They are looking for a hybrid Architect/DevOps expert who enjoys the best of both worlds—designing high-level distributed systems while staying hands-on with a self-hosted Kubernetes infrastructure. This is a role for someone who values stability and meaningful work over move fast and break things startup culture.
