Responsibilities
- Address customer concerns, inquiries, or issues related to software features and usage, including troubleshooting.
- Assist software developers in resolving technical issues during the software development process.
- Provide support for the deployment, migration, installation, and configuration of software, particularly Java Web Applications.
- Create technical documents and manuals for reference by clients and internal teams.
- Conduct training sessions for new clients on how to use software products effectively.
- Guide colleagues and clients in resolving technical problems and implementing solutions.
- Support the implementation of new solutions or applications, including VA findings and manual testing.
Skills and Abilities
