Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Address customer concerns, inquiries, or issues related to software features and usage, including troubleshooting.
  2. Assist software developers in resolving technical issues during the software development process.
  3. Provide support for the deployment, migration, installation, and configuration of software, particularly Java Web Applications.
  4. Create technical documents and manuals for reference by clients and internal teams.
  5. Conduct training sessions for new clients on how to use software products effectively.
  6. Guide colleagues and clients in resolving technical problems and implementing solutions.
  7. Support the implementation of new solutions or applications, including VA findings and manual testing.

Skills and Abilities:

  1. Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. Fresh graduates and diploma holders with good technical knowledge/skills also will be considered.
