We're looking for a technically strong Support Engineer who thrives in live environments and takes real ownership of problems. This is not a ticket-pushing helpdesk role. You'll be trusted with mission-critical, custom-built applications that customers rely on daily.
Duties & Responsibilities
You'll sit at the heart of live production systems — investigating incidents, resolving complex issues, and ensuring stability across multiple product lines.
Your day-to-day will include:
Owning customer-reported issues from start to full resolution
Deep diving into SQL queries and database-level troubleshooting
Investigating Linux-based environments to isolate and resolve faults
Performing proactive system checks to prevent incidents before they happen
Participating in root cause analysis on high-impact issues
