Review and assess supplier’s airborne software and electronic hardware designs to ensure compliance with technical and regulatory requirements. Participate in preliminary and critical system design reviews. Review and assess suppliers’ airborne software and electronic hardware certification plans. Review and assess suppliers’ FPGA, ASIC, and PLD designs. Perform technical and process audits at supplier facilities. Conduct safety of flight reviews. Assess software and hardware test results, analyses and determine final compliance status. Lead resolution of safety, compliance, or technical deficiencies with suppliers and Bombardier stakeholders. Prepare and/or review design compliance reports. Contribute to evolution of the SWEL domain roadmap. Mentor less experienced professionals. Quali...
