About the role The Software & Applications Manager leads the design, implementation, and management of enterprise software solutions, with a focus on SWIFT technologies. The role provides technical leadership across pre-sales, solution architecture, software delivery, and operational support while ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture, SWIFT implementations, and complex system integrations.
• Support pre-sales activities, including RFPs, RFIs, POCs, solution scoping, and technical presentations.
• Oversee software implementation strategies, review Statements of Work (SOWs), and manage technical risks.
