Responsibilities
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of Dynamics 365 applications to ensure they meet the specified requirements and are free of defects.
- Test Planning: Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on functional and technical specifications.
- Automation: Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks and scripts to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
- Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools, and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Performance Testing: Conduct performance and load testing to ensure the system can handle expected user loads and transactions.
