Responsibilities: Conduct interactive and engaging training sessions on communication, customer interaction, and professional behavior. Design and deliver Voice & Accent (VnA) and Soft Skills training modules tailored to business needs. Assess participants' communication abilities and provide constructive feedback for improvement. Collaborate with operations and quality teams to identify training needs and skill gaps. Develop training materials, role plays, and assessments to enhance learning outcomes. Monitor trainee performance and track progress through evaluations and reports. Continuously update training techniques and content to align with industry standards. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in conducting Soft Skills and Voice & Accent (VnA) training sessions Qualification: Graduate (Any discipline)
