Social Worker

Main Responsibilities

As a Social Worker in this team, you’ll support adults from the very start of their journey, reviewing their goals and ambitions. You will:

• Have a passion for supporting adults to achieve their full potential and gain further experience in improving outcomes.
• Promote independence and opportunities, ensuring that these have positive outcomes.
• Undertake assessments, support planning, review and case management to support adults with a learning disability and/or autism ensuring that they, their families/carers and the people important to them are supported to live the life that they want.

The Ideal Candidate

It goes without saying, you will need a professional social work qualification (DipSW, CQSW, CSS) or other social work qualification certified by Social Work England. It is essential you have:
