Social Worker - Supports Intensity Scale

Become a Supports Intensity Scale (SIS) Facilitator with Manitoba's Department of Families in Brandon, MB. Provide critical assessments for adults with disabilities and their support networks.
In this full-time, term position, you will report directly to the SIS Program Manager. Your role involves performing comprehensive need assessments utilizing support needs scales while collaborating within a multi-disciplinary team. Key Responsibilities:
