Summary The Social Worker (Program Coordinator) collaborates with local Public Housing Authority (PHA), community partners, and VA Medical Centers (VAMC), to oversee a new or existing Housing and Urban Development-VA Supportive Housing (HUD-VASH) project-based development serving aging or disabled Veterans who can benefit from an enhanced model of care.
