Tasks

  • Answer incoming calls and assess the needs of the caller (domestic violence or suicidal ideation).
  • Provide telephone intervention services (active listening, support, and referrals).
  • Respond to various clinical information requests (programs, objectives, eligibility criteria, etc.).
  • Plan and conduct individual support sessions.
  • Complete case files and use various follow-up tools related to intervention activities.
  • Follow up on client files and conduct telephone check-ins.
  • Participate in group sessions.
  • Perform any other related tasks.
