Tasks
Answer incoming calls and assess the needs of the caller (domestic violence or suicidal ideation). Provide telephone intervention services (active listening, support, and referrals). Respond to various clinical information requests (programs, objectives, eligibility criteria, etc.). Plan and conduct individual support sessions. Complete case files and use various follow-up tools related to intervention activities. Follow up on client files and conduct telephone check-ins. Participate in group sessions.
