  • AHP2 $94,997 - $110,052 per annum (adjusted to actual hours worked)

    In this role you will deliver high-quality, client-centred care to people living with life-limiting illness, using advanced generalist or specialist clinical skills to plan, implement and evaluate a comprehensive range of services. Working with increasing autonomy and reduced clinical direction, the role ensures responsive, evidence-based interventions that support clients and families across preventative, early intervention, therapeutic, and end-of-life care needs.
