Social Worker

The Women’s Emergency Accommodation Centre (WEAC) provides a safe and welcoming environment for women 18+ who are experiencing homelessness. Reporting to the Lead Social Worker, the Social Worker role will assist with the development and delivery of case management and goal‑oriented care plans. The Social Worker will utilize a trauma‑informed and indigenous worldview to assess women’s needs, identify barriers to wellness, and help the women reach a point of stabilization.
