As a Social Worker with Vancouver Coastal Health you will:

  • Provide clinical and consultative social work services of a general nature to clients and families.
  • Conduct social assessments, assist clients with system navigation and practical needs related to social determinants of health, maintain records, attend interdisciplinary clinical/case conferences, identify applicable community resources for clients and facilitate care throughout the continuum.

Education & Experience

  • Degree in Social Work.
