**The UW Medical Center-Montlake Social Work Department** has an outstanding opportunity for a **Social Work Assistant.**
**WORK SCHEDULE**
+ Full-Time / 40 hours per week
+ Day Shifts
+ **This position is** **in-person, Monday through Friday**
**POSITION HIGHLIGHTS**
+ The Social Work Assistant serves as a member of the University of Washington Social Work and Care Coordination department, primarily assisting the Perinatal Social Work Team with the coordination of needed resources for patients.
+ Responsibilities include working closely with Social Workers, patients and their families, and the medical team in helping them follow-through on community resource referrals, tangible needs, and application processes for necessary services.
+ Ideal candidates have experience working in a medical setting, demonstrate strong multi-tasking and organizational skills, and work well with a variety of persons and teams...
