Social Sustainability Coordinator

At BAM, we are currently seeking a Social Sustainability Coordinator to join our Scotland team, based in either Aberdeenshire or Inverness.

In this role, you will support the delivery of BAM’s social sustainability objectives across three key areas:

• Social Mobility – promoting employment, education, and training opportunities.
• Foundational Economy – supporting investment in social enterprises, local businesses, and volunteering initiatives.
• Social Inclusion – delivering community engagement activities and supporting equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) initiatives.
