This role supports the Head of Social in shaping and executing always-on and campaign-based social, PR, influencer, and liveselling strategies for assigned businesses within a specific consumer segment, grounded in a strong understanding of consumer behavior, culture, category dynamics, channel mix, and the brand’s product portfolio and go-to-market approach, with the goal of converting subscribers into brand advocates and influencers. It also leads and coordinates internal and external teams—including ambassadors, influencers, agencies, and talent partners—to deliver and manage campaigns that launch new products, services, and branded experiences, overseeing execution, monitoring performance, and ensuring timely delivery.
