Social Specialist

Position Overview

The Social Specialist will be part of the Environmental and Social (E&S) APAC team, providing expertise to a wide range of clients, including lenders, developers, private investors, and companies involved in infrastructure and renewable energy projects across the APAC region.

The role involves managing multiple assignments and delivering high-quality social risk assessments and advisory services, including Environmental and Social Due Diligence (ESDD) , Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (ESIA) , and social audits . The Social Specialist will focus on social risk identification, compliance, and management related to land acquisition, resettlement, Indigenous Peoples, stakeholder engagement, labor and working conditions, human rights, and community impacts.
