Social Security - Payroll Analyst

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Mexico Social Security Payroll Analyst to join General Motors de Mexico.
This role is crucial for ensuring accurate payroll processing and compliance with social security regulations, leveraging strong financial acumen and proficiency in Social Security systems
**Responsibilities**:
- Process and reconcile Social Security contributions (IMSS & Infonavit) and related payroll data in compliance with Mexican regulations.
- Analyze payroll data for accuracy, identifying and resolving discrepancies proactively.
- Prepare and submit required social security reports to government agencies.
- Analyze variances and determine if should be paid to the government
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial statement reporting related to payroll and social security.
