Social Media Intern at OCHA. Grade: IN. Location: Geneva, Switzerland. Application deadline: 30 July 2026. Under the overall supervision of the Chief of the Partnerships Branch (PB) in Geneva, the intern will support the Branch's strategic visibility, digital communications, and outreach efforts, with a particular focus on enhancing the Chief's external engagement and social media presence.

Strategic Communications and Social Media

  • Support the planning, development and implementation of the Chief's social media strategy, including LinkedIn and other relevant digital platforms.
  • Draft engaging social media content, captions, articles, and other communications products aligned with OCHA's messaging and communications priorities.
  • Develop content calendars and propose creative ideas to increase visibility and audience engagement.
