About the Role We are looking for an experienced Social Media Reels Video Editor who knows how to create engaging, high-retention, and viral-style short-form videos for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook. This is not an entry-level position. We already record the raw footageyou will transform it into compelling content that captures attention within the first few seconds and keeps viewers watching until the end. Responsibilities Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook. Create highly engaging edits with strong hooks, smooth pacing, captions, transitions, sound effects, and motion graphics. Understand current social media trends and incorporate them where appropriate. Add B-roll, animations, zooms, and visual effects to maximize viewer retention.
