Social Media Marketing Manager (Marbella)

We’re a boutique creator-management agency representing some of the world’s top content creators, working out of our office in Marbella. We’re small, fast, and growing quickly, and we’re looking for a manager to run our marketing floor so it runs like a machine. The culture is high standards with a light touch: we work hard, we laugh, and people deliver because they respect the people around them. You’ll have real ownership of how the floor runs, and clear upside as the numbers grow.

This is a management role, not a social-media role. We’ll teach you the platforms. What we can’t teach is how to drive a team, hold a standard, and make sure work ships every single day.
