Job Description

  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of Social Media Executives, Content Creators, and Community Managers
  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with acquisition, retention, and brand goals
  • Oversee daily content planning, posting schedules, and campaign execution across platforms
  • Ensure all social content complies with iGaming regulations, platform policies, and brand guidelines
  • Monitor performance metrics (engagement, reach, CTR, conversions) and optimize strategies accordingly
  • Coordinate with Marketing, CRM, VIP, and Creative teams for integrated campaigns
  • Manage influencer, affiliate, and partnership collaborations (when applicable)
  • Handle crisis management, escalations, and sensitive community issues professionally
  • Track trends, competitors, and platform updates to maintain a competitive edge
  • Prepare performance reports and actionable insights for management
