Job Description
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of Social Media Executives, Content Creators, and Community Managers
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with acquisition, retention, and brand goals
- Oversee daily content planning, posting schedules, and campaign execution across platforms
- Ensure all social content complies with iGaming regulations, platform policies, and brand guidelines
- Monitor performance metrics (engagement, reach, CTR, conversions) and optimize strategies accordingly
- Coordinate with Marketing, CRM, VIP, and Creative teams for integrated campaigns
- Manage influencer, affiliate, and partnership collaborations (when applicable)
- Handle crisis management, escalations, and sensitive community issues professionally
- Track trends, competitors, and platform updates to maintain a competitive edge
- Prepare performance reports and actionable insights for management
