Social Media Manager

We're looking for a sharp, proactive operator to run the engine behind our social content operations. You'll oversee quality control, scheduling, and team execution across multiple Facebook and Instagram properties—ensuring nothing goes live until it's *actually* ready.

You'll manage 2 Virtual Assistants, own our Notion workflows, and be the final checkpoint between good enough and great. If you catch typos instinctively, communicate with clarity, and thrive in high-volume environments, you'll excel here.

Content Quality Control (Primary Focus)

• Review high-volume content pipelines: AI-generated reels, images, quotes, and captions

• Final-check for brand fit, clarity, formatting, and tone before anything goes live

• Catch errors that others miss—typos, awkward phrasing, visual glitches, off-brand moments

• Train and elevate VA output over time
