Job Description

Role Objective
Own and scale the organic content ecosystem across Instagram, Pinterest, Reddit, and YouTube for three in-house D2C brands. This role sits at the intersection of brand strategy, storytelling, and platform-native execution , ensuring each brand shows up with clarity, consistency, and intent — not noise.
You will own what we say, how we say it, and where it lives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Strategy & Narrative Ownership
Define and evolve content pillars for each brand aligned with positioning and audience insight.
Build and own monthly and weekly content calendars across platforms.
Translate brand strategy into daily, executable content decisions.
Brief designers and visual communicators with clear narrative intent , not vague ideas.
Be hands-on with content creation when needed , while primarily owning strategy, direction, and quality control.
