Job Description

• Regularly manage and triage inbound messages via Meta Business Suite to flag and elevate potential leads or concerns
• Schedule and publish content across all platforms on time, following the agreed content calendar
• Track post-level insights/analytics (reach, engagement, saves, etc.) and report which content types are performing best, so the team can replicate what works
• Draft copy in both English and Tagalog for posts, captions, and replies where needed
