Dana Hospitality (a part of Dexterra Group) is looking for a talented Social Media & Engagement Coordinator. This position will be primarily located in the city of Guelph.
Proficient in creating a variety of Social Media content that is aligned to the Dana brand and juggling multiple handles on behalf of multiple Dana units.Collect and create content to populate these handles with engaging, relevant, and value-adding material for customers.Send weekly reports regarding social media KPIs to Dana’s national lead of Social Media and organically grow Digital Footprint Month-Month.Interact with customers to gauge customer satisfaction regarding Food Services and liaise with Dana’s management team providing the pain points and work towards integrating solutions in our operations.Work with the food service team to generate excellent digital content regarding food processes, new offerings, and leverage cultural t...
