other multimedia content.
• Audience Engagement: Foster a sense of community among learners. Respond to comments,
messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media analytics to track the performance of campaigns
and content. Make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
