- Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies across various digital platforms, tracking customer responses and campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor and integrate emerging social media trends, technologies, and engagement strategies to maximise audience reach and impact.
- Establish marketing mix frameworks, including promotional strategies, pricing models, and customer engagement touchpoints.
- Build and execute digital advertising and media strategies to ensure targeted reach and brand positioning.
- Evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness, analyse key performance metrics, and provide recommendations for improvement.
