About the Role

We are seeking compassionate, resilient, and committed Social Emotional Support Assistants to join our team supporting children and young people who require additional help with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs.

In this role, you will work closely with teaching staff, pastoral teams, and external professionals to provide tailored support that enables pupils to engage positively in education and develop essential life skills.
