We are seeking dedicated Social Care Workers who are passionate about person-centred practice, promoting independence, and contributing to the day-to-day running of the residential service.

Key Requirements:


  • Minimum Level 7 qualification in Social Care or a relevant discipline
  • Strong understanding of person-centred care and keyworking
  • Experience with risk assessments and safeguarding young people in care
  • Working knowledge of HIQA policies and procedures
  • Understanding of Children First guidelines and regulations
  • Full, clean manual driving license
