Social Care Manager- Cavan

Cpl Healthcare is currently seeking Social Care Professionals to join a reputable service in Cavan to supporting young people in a residential service.

We require residential Social Care Managers to provide high quality care to the young people, promoting independence and person-centred planning, contributing to the day to day running of the service.

The ideal candidate will have:

·Level 8 Degree in Social Care and 4 years’ experience of working in a Social Care grade with children

OR

·Level 7 in Social Care and a relevant level 8 management qualification suitable for a health care or social care setting

·Four years’ experience in a management or supervisory role in the area of health and social care and an appropriate qualification in health or social care management at an appropriate level.

·Experience working with people who have complex needs.

·Full Driver’s license
