Social Care Leader - Cavan

Cpl Healthcare is currently seeking Social Care Professionals to join a reputable service in Cavan to supporting young people in a residential service.

We require residential Social Care Leaders to provide high quality care to the young people, promoting independence and person-centred planning, contributing to the day to day running of the service.

The ideal candidate will have:

· Have a full driver’s license – automatic and manual licenses considered

· Have residential experience working and supporting with young people

· A minimum Level 7 Qualification in Social Care or a relevant area or be CORU Registered or in the process of registering as a Social Care Worker

· At least two years’ experience, working at a social care grade with Children
