We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled SOC Support Specialist to join our dynamic 24/7 Support/SOC team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our existing team to ensure the seamless operation of our advanced cybersecurity SaaS platform while delivering exceptional support to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and professional support for customer inquiries, issues, and requests via phone, chat, and email
  • Monitor and respond to incidents for cloud-hosted servers
  • Manage endpoint security tools (EDR/antivirus) and maintain incident logs
  • Oversee and execute daily operational tasks to ensure the smooth running of the cybersecurity platform
  • Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and customer interactions for continuous improvement and future reference
