The successful candidate will play a key role in incident management, safety and welfare monitoring, risk and threat information dissemination, and ensuring SOC operations are delivered in line with relevant legislation, industry standards and service requirements.

The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to perform well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver service and incident management support through the Security Operations Centre.
  • Support the SOC Team Lead in the day-to-day delivery of SOC services.
  • Monitor the safety and welfare of deployed assets across sites nationally.
  • Act as the first responder to out-of-hours incidents and planning requirements.
  • Manage incidents through to conclusion or escalate where appropriate.
