Job Description

Position: Production Manager -Soap

Location: Kenya - Mombasa, Kikambala

Reporting to: Sr. Manager Operations
Reported by : Senior Executive Soap plant & FAP, Executive Finishing line

The ideal candidate should have :

  • Expertise in Fatty Acid and Distillation Plant operations
  • Knowledge of the Continuous Saponification Process
  • Experience in Finishing Line Processes
  • Familiarity with Cosmetic Product Manufacturing
  • Understanding of Vacuum & Pressure Systems
  • Compliance knowledge of ISO 22000 and ISO 22716
  • Strong proficiency in both written and verbal English

KRA's :

  • Creating and managing departmental budgets.
  • Development and implementation of growth strategies in production.
  • Training on current good manufacturing practices & ISO 22716 standards and ensure CAPAs implementation.
