Job Description

The Tech-Business Officer is responsible for supporting A*STAR as the Strategic Innovation Engine of Singapore by translating our intellectual properties to commercial solutions through industry research collaborations, licensing and spin-off efforts to drive economic and social outcomes for Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Leverage strong domain and industry knowledge to understand companies’ aspirations and challenges and thereby design and execute differentiated strategies to foster R&D partnerships and drive commercialization strategies.
• Work closely with relevant industry partners to adopt technology portfolios and research capabilities through licensing, collaboration and facilitating creation ofspinoff companies.
