Order Management Specialist
Perform a thorough check on cases where you will validate inputs by agents and manage order forms/contracts for Google services. Ensure accuracy of customer requirements captured by Field Sales Representatives (FSR)/DSS , validate the order forms, and
facilitates a seamless validation and implementation process. Exhibit thorough process knowledge and handle Escalations. The OMPF collaborates with SMEs, QA, DSS and sales teams to ensure compliance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Order & Contract Creation
Review & Validate the Order form and implement the details in the Data Entry Tools
Review Booked order forms/contracts including order#, services availed, unique user
IDs, legal contact information, and email IDs.
Ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance of order data with policies and
guidelines.
Check internal systems with validated order information for correctness and raise flags on...
