Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the Snowflake Data Platform
  • Monitor health, performance, and growth of on-premise and cloud databases
  • Provide release management support for databases and related applications
  • Ensure database security and maintenance
  • Manage and monitor user access (application and user level)
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot database errors
  • Maintain schema and database objects
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of Snowflake queries and stored procedures
  • Optimize queries and warehouse consumption for cost efficiency
  • Create and maintain documentation as required
  • Perform database problem diagnostics and resolution
  • Participate in 24x7 on-call support rotation
  • Follow SDLC and release management processes
  • Perform other duties as directed
