Role: Snowflake Data Engineer
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)

Job Description:

. Deep understanding of the Snowflake cloud data platform - writing procedures, functions, UDFs, snowflake window functions etc. ( years)
. Strong hands-on experience with DBT for modular SQL development, testing, and deployment. ( years)
. Proficient in writing complex, efficient, and maintainable SQL queries.
. Experience with cloud environments (Azure, AWS etc.) and data management technologies.
. Proven ability to design and implement data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
. Proven experience in Production support in Data warehousing
. Experience in Property and Casualty Insurance Domain
. Proficiency in using Git/ Azure Devops for version control of code.
. Experience with IT automation, batch scheduling using tools as Control M and DevOps principles.
