Summary About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and is located at the Potomac Lanes Bowling Center on Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, Washington, D.C. This position's primary responsibility is to perform check out duties. The position may be assigned to various Nonappropriated fund activities in which customers pay for items and/or services. Responsibilities Sells a variety of merchandise items such as prepackaged snacks, drinks, candy, etc. Coordinates the sale of food snack items and the preparation and sale of short order items. Ensures the proper preparation, portioning, display and price marketing of food items and adherence to correct receipt and pricing procedures. Maintains sales records and accountable documents. Maintains security of work areas, cash, fixed assets and merchandise inventory. Ensure compliance with fire, safety, sanitation and security regulations.
