This is a technical, hands-on role where you will be responsible for programming, setting up, and optimising SMT production lines, supporting new product introduction (NPI), and ensuring high-quality standards are consistently achieved. You will play a key role in driving process improvements and supporting the wider SMT team in a fast-paced production environment.Key Responsibilities
  • Set up, operate, and monitor SMT equipment (pick and place, printers, reflow ovens)
  • Create and optimise SMT programs for new and existing products
